Comes with Android 11 installed. No bloatware on the phone.I have been using the phone for a week, the phone has not dropped wifi yet, which is good. I put my at&t sim card in and the phone worked great. Sound was good. The Volte works great.My prepaid VOIP RedPocket Verizon sim would not work, but the phone has the band for Verizon and all the correct APN settings, so i’m pretty sure a plan and simcard from Verizon would work.The camera is easy to use, the macro setting gets in real close, the wide angle is great, everything is good.The bluetooth connected to everything right away, including my umidigi ear phones across the room, also, connecting to my smartwatch was easy.The phone is light, considering the large capacity of the battery, and the phone is thin. The battery lasts forever! I and the phone stays cool.The thermometer works great, matches my mouth under the tongue thermometer readings.When I first booted up the phone, there was a firmware waiting. The update hung up a bit, so i reset the phone, and tried again, this time the download went smooth, and then the install went great until 99% and then it hung up for about 10 minutes and everything was fine, all updated. I think I was impatient on my first attempt.The flashlight is bright located on the pull down menu, the screenshot is also on the pull down menu, page 2, and works easily. There is an fm radio also, using wired ear phones as the antennae.There is a smart key (button) on the left side of the phone, that works with a quick push, 2 quick pushes or a long push, these pushes are all programmable. Zello came programmed as first choice, but that is easily changed using the settings.The Screen protector came already applied, and the protective clear back silicone case was also in place.No screen lag when going from one app to another, everything operates very smoothly.I’m a geocacher, so I went off to locate a few using the phones built in gps and geocaching app, and there was no problem finding the geocache. The GPS was very accurate.I’ll update if I have problems or discover a new feature.For the price, a great phone/camera!!

I am enjoying my Power 5. The screen resolution is great and easy to read outside. I use polarized glasses and can see the screen with them on in landscape mode. Camera is great, although I must admit I’m not a great judge on picture quality, my wife is the one who takes the pictures. But I feel the picture quality is on par with my wife’s iPhone. The phone very responsive and I’ve much fewer mis-clicks than my previous phone.The side mounted finger print sensor performs way better than expected. It is like 99% reliable, only two or three times have I had to press it twice in over a week. Its location is right with my finger rests normally so its second nature to use.Also, I found a happy discovery. There is an IR thermometer. Its ideal for me at the moment. I coach YMCA soccer and I have to take all the kids temps before each practice.My pros and cons list:Pros:• Fits nicely in my hand and pocket.• It looks and feels like a high-end phone at a fraction of the price.• GPS is accurate, matches my Garmin watch’s result on my 10k run.• Get great service quality and coverage in my area (no calls have dropped)• Love the IR thermometer.Cons:• 5G is not supported. Although 4 G works just fine for my needs. I have WiFi most places and 4G speeds with just fine for my needs• Doesn’t support NFC. That would be a nice to have but not a show stopper.All and all, I would recommend the Power 5. It’s a quality phone for a much more reasonable price than the major brands. I don’t think its worth a few hundred dollars more just for a brand name.

This phone is very light and the perfect size. The UI is smooth and very responsive. What amazes me is you get all the premium features, super-fast fingerprint scanner, face recognition, customizable dedicated side button, fast charge, large battery capacity that actually last all day in this budget phone. Takes clear, great pictures and videos. I was able to use the phone for my everyday needs and had no problem. Also, the phone comes with a clear case which is a plus. It’s protected right out the box. You cannot go wrong with the purchase for the price. A must-buy for those who want the latest features in a smartphone but don’t want to spend deep in their pockets.

This phone like many from this company are more tailored to the budget side and the budget market but that does not mean they skimp on important features like quick charging a sturdy body and the newest and bloat free version of Android the camera on this phone isn’t anything spectacular however it is an upgrade over most phones you can find inside of a store like a Walmart or a Target the battery life on it is spectacular it can last almost up to two days without needing charged and comes with plenty of storage out of the box so that you can put as many games as your heart wants on there. The only real cons of this phone are the camera quality considering the price and potentially the ram but overall functionality of the phone is Rock solid game performance is pretty good for the processor and the ram that this phone is equipped with. Overall would buy again as an upgrade or a backup phone.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I was really put back at the quality of this phone. I have had some Umidigi Products but not a phone. This was my first and I was blown away for the quality for under 200 dollars. The phone’s battery last at least two days with moderate use. It has Android 11. I purchased the 4gb Ram 128gm Storage phone. I download a lot of apps so I need as much ram and storage I can get. The phone was somewhat sluggish until the first update. After the first update the phone ran like it should. The phone’s performance was on a new level after the update. The phone got stuck on the first update but eventually updated on it’s own. This phone is almost as good as a flagship phone except the screen. If you placed it next to a S21 you would see the screen difference, but hey we are talking 1200 dollars for a S21 versus under 200 dollars for this phone. Anyone looking for a unlocked phone for 200 dollars the Umidigi Power 5 is the way to go. I would recommend the 4gb model with 128gb storage. Also it came with a free case 🙂

I wanted a phone that would keep going while everyone else was looking for somewhere to plug their charger in… and this is it. I’m not the heaviest phone user but this keep going for over three days of internet use and texting.I also wanted the option of two sim cards. I travel and find buying a sim card in many countries is cheaper than using your home service ( this has all the bands I need too).Those were the two big ones for me but the phone does even more, the most interesting is a thermometer that will tell you the temperature of a person or object, not a must have for me but might be perfect for someone.I also appreciated the phone comes with a case and factory installed screen protector. Set up was a breeze and I was off and running. Umidigi has turned out to be a popular brand for me; I just chanced upon it due to the competitive pricing. This phone is real competition for the better known brands.

This is probably my 9th Umidigi phone. They keep cranking out winners. I’d rather spend a few hundred for a device that satisfies my needs, then a thousand for a flagship. For most daily activities, you would think you spent big bucks on a flagship. It has the features people want, a giant battery, full screen, nice cameras, a side fingerprint scanner. This device will meet 90% of people’s needs. It just feels like a quality device. I have never been unhappy with an Umidigi device. My kids have Umidigi phones, and they love them. These pictures were taken in direct sunlight and it still looks great. I’m very impressed with this device and I absolutely love the temperature scanner. I’ll probably be using that alot in the near future. One last thing I feel is ESSENTIAL to add, and the proof is in the picture, almost every unlocked cell phone never works on the Verizon Network. This one does ! Search unlocked phones and you will see most say At&t, and t-mobile only. I swear any SIM I throw into a Umidigi phone, just works. Thank you Umidigi, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Lots of bang for your buck. If you dont need the latest apple or samsung, this is a great value. The battery life alone makes it worth carrying. If you’re looking for a good cellphone at a good price, you wont be disappointed in this one.
