Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Some days, you wake up refreshed. Others, it feels like you barely slept at all. What separates the good nights from the bad isn’t always clear, but a sleep tracker can provide valuable insight. It monitors your sleep patterns for a clearer picture of how much quality sleep you’re getting. You can use this information to help optimize your sleep experience. While lab-based sleep tests generally track patterns directly through brain activity, sleep trackers rely on sensors to detect other physical signs, like heart rate and body movement. Wearable devices remain on the sleeper throughout the night to measure data. Other trackers may rest on the mattress, under the mattress, or next to the bed to collect information unobtrusively. Virtually all sleep trackers upload this data to a device that runs it through an algorithm to analyze and display the results. This Wrist Wearable Sleep Monitor offers sleep tracking as standard, measuring my heart rate at night to show how long I spent in each stage of sleep (deep, REM, and light) plus any periods awake. It can also monitor blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), which can reveal whether I might be suffering from breathing disturbances that are interrupting my sleep and leaving me feeling groggy in the morning. It also alerts whenever the wearer’s blood O2 saturation drops to the defined level. Moreover, this tracker connects to a mobile app to present graphs or visual displays of collected nighttime data, so I can review disturbances and get actionable advice for improving sleep the next morning. The app is user-friendly and easy to use. This wearable sleep tracker boasts long battery lives, lasting several days. This way, I can take it with me on long trips, forget my charger, and not be out of luck. However, I will need to take it off periodically in order to let it charge. Most people do this while they shower or get ready in the morning. I feel like such devices that use fingers to measure the oxygen are more accurate and dependable.Overall, I believe this sleep tracker is so helpful to figure out if you have any sleeping disorders or issues.

This is also a great device for keeping track of your oxygen at all times with what’s going on or just if you are on continuous oxygen therapy its a good thing to keep track of your oxygen continuously. I checked it with the hospital ones and they were pretty close to each other.

I spent a month in the hospital with severe Covid. I was on a ventilator and ECMO for over two weeks. I was eventually released to go home but on oxygen 24/7. Without oxygen my levels would drop to 82% and below. The only oxygen sensor I had was one from Walgreens that you clip on your finger. After several long nights for me and my family worrying about my oxygen level while I slept I found this device. It has been a such a blessing. Once I learned I could trust it to alert me of low oxygen by the vibration and audio alert I and my family were able to sleep much better. I wear it almost 24/7 except when charging. The battery lasts almost 72 hours but recharges fairly quickly. The app is very easy to use. I have had this about a month so time will tell how long it will last.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I have sleep apnea and my wife has to nudge me at night to wake me up because she says I stop breathing for few seconds and choke due to the lack of breath. My doctor even advised me to go sleep through the night where they monitor your sleep but I just didn’t feel comfortable going through that. They also told me that losing weight is one of the best way to overcome sleep apnea so I’ve been exercising regularly.I also have big time snoring problem and my wife also nudges me when I snore too loud. She nudges me to lay on my side because that reduces the snoring significantly compared to laying on my back.I have Apple Watch series 4 but I can’t use it to monitor my sleep because it needs to be charged over night as the battery does not last few days like Fitbit or other smart wears. I finally decided to get thi sleep monitor because it was recommended by my friend and it’s been nothing but good experience so far.I downloaded the free app to my iPhone and it can also share the recorded data with Apple Health if I consent to it. It uses Bluetooth to connect to the device and you have to enter the 4 digit device ID shown on LCD screen to pair it. Very simple and easy. You can set the date and time from the app and it will sync it with the device. The device can record few days worth of your overnight sleep data, including oxygen level in your blood and heart rate. What’s really impressive about this device is that the actually sensor is on the rubber ring around your thumb. The LCD screen and wrist band is just for holding the battery and recording the data so you can wear it very loose on your wrist for more comfort and you really don’t even feel the rubber ring on your thumb at all so it has zero interference with your nightly sleep! It does have a red light glow around your thumb to show that it’s on and is recording but the LCD screen turns off after a minute or so but you can press the button to see the current oxygen level, heart rate and battery level at any time. The battery seems to last about a week before needing a full charge again, which is pretty good! The sensor ring around your thumb is very accurate and as soon as you remove it from your thumb, it will start countdown from 10 and if you don’t put it back on your thumb, it will send the recorded data to your app on your smartphone for data sync. The data history on the app is also very impressive and comprehensive. I have weeks of data recorded already and I can see the graph by weeks, months or years and look at by oxygen level, drops and lowest point. I can also open any given night and look through the hours to see where there was irregularity in my heart rate or oxygen level. I can pinch in to zoom down to specific hours or minutes! One of the cool thing about this device is that it can vibrate and/or make a sound when it goes below the threshold you set for the oxygen level or heart rate. You can set the intensity of the vibration and sound. I turned off the sound so that it does not wake my wife up as she’s a very light sleeper but she even woke up to the vibration on my thumb when it was set high. I set the vibration to low but there are many nights I was woken up due to the vibration around my thumb when the heart rate or oxygen level went below the threshold. Very impressive, accurate, and reliable device indeed.Easily 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend this if you need to monitor your oxygen level or heart rate during your sleep or for someone else you care about. This device is simply amazing and nothing can be worth more than your health and well being!

I just had a very bad bout with COVID and at 57 I’m forced to use oxygen. Wearing this especially at night makes me more confident of my numbers. I thought initially that the wire would be an issue, but it’s just the opposite. I use the sensor on my thumb and it works like a charm. The only thing that would make it much better is if was waterproof.

Just got out hospital from Covid19 virus. The product seems to do a excellent job waking me up when pulse rates or oxygen drops to low while sleeping. I wish the pulse rate would have more settings like 36 and 37 rather than 40, 35 etc. Also the band is hard for me to lock in the holes. Those are my suggestions for improving the product. Great Product !!!

I’ve used this for over a month now. It’s very accurate (was within 1-2% of the Dr’s ordered pulse oximeter). The app you have to download has easy to export PDF data graphs, as well as CVS data sheets (larger files). It not too in comfortable (I haven’t had another wrist pulse oximeter before). I have small wrists so it keep it a little loose and it does move. However I don’t wake up from it.Highly Recommend- Very Accurate and a good price – value

We are caring for my 92 year old father-in-law. He is on oxygen 24/7 and we needed a way to monitor him to make sure that we would know if his oxygen cannula (the part that goes to his nose) fell out while he was sleeping or during the day when one of us was in another part of the house. This device is fantastic … fits around the wrist, and then wraps around a finger so it won’t fall off. It connects to an iPad/iPhone via Bluetooth. The app tracks his oxygen level and heart rate. You can set thresholds and when the device reads that he is under or over the threshold, an alarm goes off. Based on other reviews, I was afraid it might not be loud enough … it’s plenty loud as we can hear it all over the house. It stays charged for a day and half and re-charges in 2 hours. I can’t imagine how you could care for someone and actually live your life without having to be in the same room without a device like this.If you are caring for someone who is on oxygen, or has heart issues, this is a must have.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Easy to use and fascinatingly insightful results. My partner has been telling me that I frequently stop breathing in the night for a while now, so not wanting to jump straight to the CPAP machines I started looking for sleep monitoring instead. This looked like the most comfortable/reliable device and after using it for ~10 days I am very pleased with my choice! The battery seems fine, some other reviewers had trouble but mine has lasted well. Longest session so far 9hrs 30mins. The app is very easy to use, the build quality is great/comfortable and the results for me have been very interesting. In the first few days of use the device recorded many drops, some of which as low as the mid 80’s (% SpO2) accompanied by huge heart rate spikes – the app clearly shows that I’ve been practically suffocating in my sleep! Over the following week I adjusted the vibration to a weaker setting, and the threshold to 91%, and this seems to be a sweet spot for me. I still get drops but my time below 90% is down to 0% and the vibration seems to be enough to nudge me to roll over without fully waking me up. Fewer heart rate spikes and nowhere near as high.I’d certainly recommend this device for anyone who wants to analyse their sleep at home and the vibration on low O2 has clearly been working to keep me from suffocating so full marks from me!Notes: the device emits a constant dim red light around the finger, that’s how it measures your SpO2, it’s not very bright. The screen is much brighter when you first put the device on but turns off after a minute or two. The device is quite easy to put on, the rubber strap has a couple of metal clasps that you just push through the holes on the other side. You can charge the device from your computers USB orfrom a phone charger, it comes with an appropriate usb cable.
