After messing about with this phone for a couple of days and getting it just the way I like it, I LOVE IT.Could be a little overwhelming for someone not that savvy but the sheer amount of customisation is ridiculous.The miui 12 interface works well, cameras are really good, would suggest deleting the mi bloatware and having a good look through permissions for apps as you can limit every app to only use its permissions when in use so no more WiFi and location scanning by sneaky social network apps and Google.Can get themes to totally change the look of your phone too to say IOS.Fast charge is a god send.For the price I’m insanely impressed with this phone and it’s functionality.

So far so good! I had it for a few days only, but it’s way faster the previous phone I had and it comes with a good price. The older huawei was really frustrating as it was keeping closing the apps after a few seconds switch. This one keeps them open for longer and I can play games with no lags. Recommended phone!

very good for the money and you can get close to the big brands. I’ve had Samsung for so many years, and this time I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a phone, so I decided to switch and made a perfect choice. the camera is amazing 48 mega pixels much better than samsung s10 that i had. It’s 5g dual sim. Another positive thing about is the battery that charges quickly and after a busy day on the phone I arrive at the end of the evening with 25 30 %. The only thing I didn’t like was that there werent earphones in the box.

So, I can say that I am mostly happy with this phone. It seems to work in most areas fine. I can safely say the ONLY issue I have found is that the hotspot is useless. This means that the WiFi only Samsung S7+ tablet I bought is useless outside of a WiFi area. The phone connects for a short while and starts disconnecting and finally just fails to connect completely. The issue stems from the security I think but without security it can be dodgy. It drops out of hotspot but the phone seems fine. I am 99.99% sure it isn’t the tablet though. I factory reset the phone and it worked for a morning and then starts playing up again. If the hotspot wasn’t an issue it would be a 5 star review as I have no issue with anything else alongside the Samsung flagships. Good try Xiaomi but you need to fix this issue.

This is my second Xiaomi phone and it’s great. Really pleased with performance and display. Not used 5g yet as we don’t have it here. Charge it up every 24/36 hrs. The discription Lite may put people off but this phone is not Lite. It’s a great phone for the price.

I needed a new dual SIM phone and trying to be future proof, I wanted a 5g ready handset. Choice was this or OnePlus Nord.I am very pleased with this phone, very fast, great memory, and the cameras are superb. Battery life is amazing and plays games with easeComes with a screen protector, bump cover and fast chargers that takes it to full charge in less than an hour.

Very good design with Android 10. Replaces my Samsung Galaxy S8 that I had for 3 years. This phone has better performance as expected but cost half the price of what I paid for the Samsung. Camera and screen is not as good but everything else is better. Well worth the purchase I think at £259.00.

I bought this to replace my aging Xiaomi A2. I was pleased with that one, and this one seems to be its equal or better in every respect.The OLED screen is a noticeable improvement over LCD, especially in a darkened room.This phone doesn’t get warm during video calls, which goes done way to explaining the improved battery life.I’m pleased that headphone jacks are a thing once more.Like a lot of reviewers, I’m not keen on Xiaomi’s bundled apps, but they never cause a problem. Just turn off the permissions on those apps, and install your own.5G hasn’t been deployed in my area yet, so that’s not something I’ve been able to test.

Basically I wanted a large screen smartphone as I use my phone more as a tablet. So getting 5G as well makes sense at this time. This is my first Xiaomi phone and I am very happy, it does what I expect, it is fast, it has a great screen and I am coming to understand how it works different from my old android phone. I haven’t really used the camera as this is not a big need for me but it looks good and takes pictures that are acceptable to me. I would recommend this phone. The price this phone is offered at is remarkable.

I got this for £259 on a deal price and it doesn’t feel like a cheap phone. Works well and is very responsive and gives you the feeling you have a premium device without the price tag!
